A: We currently only deliver within Peninsular Malaysia.

Q: What delivery options do you offer?
A: We offer the following delivery methods:
Lalamove – For same-day delivery within Klang Valley.
Own Lorry – For safe transportation of larger furniture within Klang Valley.
Courier Service – Used for deliveries outside Klang Valley, with shipping rates starting from RM100.

Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A:
Klang Valley – Free delivery.
Outside Klang Valley – Shipping costs depend on the delivery address, not furniture size.

Q: How can I check my delivery status?
A: If you experience delays or have any concerns, you can contact us for updates.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Yes, but you must request a return on the spot at the time of delivery. We encourage customers to inspect their furniture carefully before signing the delivery order.

Q: What if my item is damaged upon delivery?
A: If your item has any manufacturing defects or was damaged during transport, notify us immediately. If eligible, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7 working days upon inspection.

Q: Can I return an item because I changed my mind?
A: No, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

A: We specialize in high-quality furniture, including Wing Chairs with Modern English & Chesterfield designs and a variety of sofas.

Q: Does the furniture come with a warranty?

Q: Are the product colors exactly like the photos?
A: Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, screen settings, and natural materials such as wood and fabric textures. Color differences are not eligible for returns or refunds.
