At SS Home Deco, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return on the spot at the time of delivery. We highly encourage customers to inspect the furniture carefully for any damages before signing the delivery order.

We strive to accommodate all reasonable return requests. However, we reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests at our sole discretion.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Customers are responsible for returning the product to us, including all return shipping costs. Additionally, we may require further evaluation of the returned product before processing any exchange or refund.

Damages & Defects

In rare cases of manufacturing defects or transportation damage, such as knocks, dents, or cracks, please inform us immediately or email us at admin@sshomedeco.com. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect it. If the defect is caused by the manufacturer, a refund will be issued within 7 working days.

For minor scratches or dents, we will repair, touch up, or replace the product as necessary.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or normal wear and tear are not considered defective.
  • Colour variations due to monitor display differences, lighting conditions, or natural material patterns (wood grains, marble, leather texture, etc.) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Handmade measurements may have slight deviations (1-2cm), which are not considered defects.

We strictly do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind.

Refund Policy

If a product is out of stock at the last minute or has quality issues, we will process a refund within 5-7 working days via the original payment method.

Note: Refunds will not be provided due to differences in colour perception between the product photos and the actual product.

Amendment & Cancellation Policy

Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or changes are not allowed.
